When I'm upset or have stress, I usually walk outside. Sometimes I'm going out from the underground when I coming home from work. I have a wonderful trip between two underground stations in the old part of Moscow City. I like to discover new passages and explore some courtyards or just walk down a street. I have some instrumental prog, fusion jazz, empowering audio, and so on in my iPod. I'm listening to music, thinking, or just enjoying my movement and being outdoors. I don't like to stroll or walk slowly because I have a rapid pace. So I pass 5 or 10 kilometers in 1 or 2 hours. But it's not too important. So you can stroll in a park or in a bank or in your favorite place. Townspeople have a walk once in a blue moon. They are generally driving or riding. But we are living in wonderful and powerful places that have many amazing things. And of course many gurus used this method too. Actually I studied this method from the book “The Artist'sWay” by Julia Cameron. And at the end a quote from Tony Robins says the following: “Keep going! You are doing great!”

Yeah, that's true. I walk the dog in the morning (like 7 a.m.) So when I get out, I'm so grumpy and tired and I hate that dog, but 10 minutes outside - sunrise and sky especially - and I'm almost happy. And I'm not going anywhere especially nice - just around the block or to the park across the street.
